The Granary Estates is an exclusive barn wedding venue set within the picturesque countryside of Woodditton, Newmarket.
This carefully restored 18th-century barn is home to an award-winning luxury wedding and events venue, complete with surrounding corn fields, fully equipped accommodation, and a team of dedicated wedding planners on hand.
The perfect venue for exclusive weddings, celebrations, and corporate events; The Granary Estates offers a selection of packages to suit your requirements and a carefully curated list of recommended suppliers to help you achieve your vision.
The venue consists of two original barns linked by an open glass walkway and a lush courtyard garden. Holding a license for ceremonies in both barns, we can offer both intimate ceremonies of up to 88 in the Flint Barn, and up to 175 in the Main Barn.

The restored original barns offers a backdrop of rustic charm and sophistication, making it the perfect professional environment for conferences, meetings, team training days, retreats and awards evenings.
Located down a quiet, rural driveway and surrounded by rolling cornfields, The Granary Cottages are available as your retreat for the celebration period. With fully equipped kitchens, cosy lounges and a preparation space, the cottages have been designed with purpose and to accommodate all of your pre and post-wedding needs.
Did you know that the cottages are bookable via our in house planning portal? Here you can assign accommodation to specific guests and and even pay for them through the system.
