How would you describe your signature styling approach, and what makes it unique?

We like a Personalised, Bespoke and Relaxed approach to our styling, we don't push our couples into packages and like to keep everything completely bespoke for them. We tailor our bespoke packages to each couple's vision, needs, venue and budget. We are flexible and adaptable to each couple depending on the venue they are opting for.

Our approach focuses on creating cohesive, refined designs that reflect our couple's story, from the Signage, to the Ceremony Decor through to the Wedding Breakfast Styling ensuring every element ties seamlessly together.

When you first meet a couple, how do you help them define and refine their wedding look and feel?

When we first meet with a couple, we chat through ideas on what they would like. We always suggest our couples have a brief look on our instagram / website to see if they like any other inspiration we have shared, however we always make sure our couples are aware that we can take through these different options on their Zoom consultation as we are the experts!

Can you share an example of a wedding where your styling transformed the space?

We completely transformed South Farm in July this year. The wedding was completely different to any wedding we had done at South Farm before, every area was completely styled and no detail was missed.

Transforming the rustic barn into a sophisticated space, full of flowers, bespoke styling and props from our stock.

How do you balance current trends with timeless elements so the wedding feels personal but not dated?

As a company we do try to stay away from trends where possible and stick to what our couples are wanting from us! Trends regularly come and go. If our couples would like to add trends into their weddings such as Champagne Towers, then we will be happy to do this for our couples.

What’s your process for working with venues and other suppliers to make sure everything comes together seamlessly?

Before the wedding we communicate with every venue to confirm our full styling plan, with our arrival and take down times. We always include a full list of what you are providing so that the venues are completely aware and also discuss our plan with moving stock after the Ceremony.

We pride ourselves with working closely with venues and suppliers, we want to ensure every decorative and logistical element aligns perfectly.

What’s one detail or design element you think couples often overlook, but can make a big impact?

Styling different areas e.g. Signage, Bar/Drinks Reception Tables, Cake Tables

We have started encouraging our couples to style the different areas throughout the day and we chat through their wedding day as a journey. Styling our Signage through using Wooden Crates with Glass Cylinders / Lanterns & Candles and a coloured draping is a simple added touch to these areas.

These different areas, we have started encouraging our couples to use the same decor for the tables around these areas as well!

Cake - We suggest a table runner, with candles e.g. candlestick holders, tealight holders, glass cylinders and/or lanterns and a backdrop.

Bar/Drinks reception - Styling this area with Signage, and Candles

Signage - Adding extra styling to the Signage through candles, flowers and a coloured draping.

What types of décor items do you offer, and how do you keep your collection fresh and relevant?

We offer a whole range of different decor items from table decor, lighting, furniture and more! I am constantly updating our stock as weddings come and go. We find our stock in Charity Shops, Antique Shops and from our wholesalers as well.

How do you guide couples in choosing hire pieces that work with their venue and theme?

We start off by having a Zoom consultation, we chat through their wedding day as a whole, what they are looking for and what they might provide themselves. We offer advice to each couple about what we believe would fit perfectly in with their wedding theme.

Can you share a few “hero” pieces from your collection that always make an impact?

Our Backdrops always make an impact! We have our regular backdrops such as Hexagon Arches, Wooden Arbour etc that we use for the Ceremony, we repurpose them behind the Top Table and then suggest couples use the arch as an evening backdrop / photobooth backdrop!
