What is your signature style?

“We provide floral artistry, creative planning, and design for couples looking for a completely bespoke approach to the design of their day.

Our floral style is natural, whimsical, and completely unique. We are renowned for our naturally organic, free flowing floral designs; think rambling arches, striking hanging installations, and English Country Garden inspired florals.

Alongside floristry, we are able to provide creative planning and design services, helping to ensure every element of your event is considered. We curate stunning event backdrops in our quietly luxurious style, which prioritises guest experiences and exude both beauty and interest.

We love taking time to get to know our clients, immersing ourselves into their day and crafting something which is completely bespoke.

We are on-hand from concept through to execution, taking time to understand our clients' vision, priorities, likes and dislikes. We carefully channel this into our designs, with floral storytelling at the heart of what we do.

Our clients receive a full design proposal that explores the colour palette and floral composition of arrangements and the style and design for the different elements of the day. This initial proposal is then continually refined throughout the planning process to ensure it captures your vision and the evolving style of your event.

We offer a totally bespoke approach to planning, as each of our services can be booked on their own or work harmoniously together."

What are your top tips for couples?

"We always urge our couples to create something reflective of them. Don't feel like you have to follow trends or a tradition if they don't feel right for you.

Nail down your non-negotiables for design early on in the planning process, so you can create a clear vision of what is most important to you both.

Trust your florist and try to lean into seasonality. Incorporating florals and foliage that are in season will help your budget stretch further and ensure the designs created are beautiful.”

What is a favourite wedding moment, or highlight you've had at The Granary Estates

"It's hard to choose one moment, but delivering the bouquets is one of our favourite moments on the day. It's often the first time we will see our couples on their wedding day and there is always so much excited anticipation of what is to come! After all of the planning, it is always so lovely to see our client's reaction. Bridal bouquets are such a special and personal thing to create.

The Granary offers so much scope for florals and design, and we have been fortunate enough to work on some incredible weddings and events here. We love to work on large scale designs and installations, and the main barn offers the most incredible setting for this. From filling the aisle with rambling meadow arrangements, or seeing our hanging installations nestled amongst the beams, we always feel very lucky when working in this incredible setting.”

Any current trends you're loving right now?

“We are loving pattern at the moment! There are so many beautiful ways to incorporate this into your day, from floral table linens to mismatched bridesmaids' dresses, it instantly adds whimsy and personality to any setting and concept!

Seeing a shift in traditional colour palettes, we love creating designs that focus on a feeling and style and explore colour more broadly, rather than focusing an entire scheme around a set of few shades.“
