When it comes to setting up for your wedding at The Granary Estates, we’ve got the details covered, so you don’t have to!

One of the most common questions we hear from couples in the planning stages is: "Who actually sets everything up on the day?" It's a question that reveals a very real worry! You've spent months collecting the perfect finishing touches for your tables, and around the venue, and the thought of them sitting in boxes, unplaced, while you're getting ready, is genuinely stressful.
At The Granary Estates, this is something we take completely off your hands.
As standard, our team will lay your place cards and pop out all the décor you've brought, including candles, guest books, favours, stationery, confetti pouches, framed photos, signage, and anything else that makes your day feel like yours. We coordinate closely with your caterers and other suppliers to make sure the timing works for everyone, and that the room is exactly as it should be well before your guests arrive.

Our top tip? Pack each table's items into its own labelled box and include a simple note of where everything should go. It means nothing is left to guesswork and every detail lands in the right place.

You're welcome to drop everything off with us the day before, so there's no rushing on the morning of your wedding. That morning belongs to you and should be all about getting ready with a glass of bubbles in hand, not juggling cardboard boxes.
And at the end of the evening, when the music winds down and the last dances are done, we'll carefully pack everything back up ready for collection.
