The Granary Estates – “Cocktail Hour on Us” Offer

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to new couples only who have not previously booked or held a wedding at The Granary Estates.

• Couples must pre-register for The Granary Estates Open Day on Sunday, 26th October and must also attend the Open Day in person.

• To qualify, couples must confirm their booking by paying the venue deposit and signing the venue Terms & Conditions by 30th November 2025.

2. The Offer

• The prize consists of a complimentary “Cocktail Hour” for up to 80 guests at a wedding taking place at The Granary Estates in 2025, 2026 or 2027.

• The “Cocktail Hour” includes 80 cocktails in total, with a choice of drinks selected from The Granary Estates’ cocktail list.

• Any cocktails required in addition to the 80 included can be purchased at an additional cost.

3. Cocktail Selection

• Couples will be provided with a cocktail list from which to choose.

• Final cocktail choices must be confirmed during the final planning meeting with The Granary Estates team.

4. General Conditions

• This offer is non-transferable and applies only to the confirmed wedding booking made by the eligible couple.

• There is no cash alternative to this offer.

• The Granary Estates reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, without liability, where circumstances make this unavoidable.

5. Acceptance of Terms

• By taking up this offer, couples are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
