What is your signature style?

“With over 12 years of experience, my signature style reflects my passion for creating beautiful moments.

“Lottie” my vintage van was designed by me to be iconic in soft blush pink, a real head turner and talking point for wedding guests.

Loved by all ages, Lottie captures everyone's heart and her cold treats make everyone smile.

A highlight for many couples is when I invite them to step aboard Lottie and serve their guests together. This joyful moment adds a personal touch to the celebration and the opportunity to capture laughter and love!“

What do you love about weddings at The Granary Estates?

“I absolutely love taking Lottie along to Granary Estates. The venue is stunning and has a peaceful countryside atmosphere with a relaxed romantic charm about it. I love seeing how naturally my van compliments the venue.

The team at The Granary Estates are exceptional. They are always so warm and welcoming and I always feel looked after and part of the team, even though I am only there for 2 hours.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team and it is so apparent how hard they work to make each celebration flow smoothly without stress or fuss.

I feel included and looked after whenever I am there.“

What are your top tips for couples planning their wedding?

"For any couples planning their wedding and thinking about having an ice cream van to provide dessert or a cold treat alongside drinks or evening reception, I would firstly encourage them to book early!

Always check that the picture of the van you have seen advertised, is the actual van that will be coming along on the day and who will be serving. Try and work with trusted experienced suppliers as it will make everything smoother.

Do you a favourite moment?

"One of my favourite wedding moments at Granary Estates was actually winning “Best Special Touch” at the Wedding Industry Awards held there in 2016!

It is hard to choose just one wedding from the many I have attended as they have all been so beautiful and I have loved all my couples. One highlight after a wedding, was being told by a couple if they had a little girl, they would call her Lottie after my van!”
