Once you’ve booked, the journey truly begins. You will be welcomed into The I Do Collective, a curated suite of planning tools, guides, templates, and exclusive events designed to make the process smoother and more enjoyable. Think of it as your personal wedding planning toolkit.
Our team will help build out your timeline, recommend trusted suppliers, and offer support throughout your planning process.
The final countdown
In the weeks before your big day, you’ll have a final planning meeting to ensure every element is accounted for. From ceremony timings to floor plans and logistics, the team takes on the practical load so you can focus on the joy of what’s to come.
Behind the scenes on the day, the coordination team moves quietly and efficiently, ensuring suppliers are where they need to be, guests are greeted with warmth, and the flow of the day feels effortless. Our team are also on hand to assist with the set up of your items, whether it's laying name cards or setting up a DIY photo area we are on hand to make your set up as stress-free as possible.
